Testimonials
“It is always a joy to have a session with Vicki, no matter how troubled I am when I arrive I always leave with a feeling of spaciousness and with a greater insight into my inner resources. Vicki has a unique ability to support me to stay with my fear and confusion long enough for a deeper insight to emerge. I really value Vicki's attention to the detail of how to make the energy and insights generated in our sessions useful in my day to day life and in planning my future. Working with Vicki has helped me to take the time and care to believe in and live my big dreams.”
Volunteer Co-Ordinator, International Red Cross
“… thank you most sincerely for your valuable time and effort over the past 2 years to develop the Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan.
It has been a long and time-consuming process, and your patience and ability to get the job done has proved fruitful, and your dedication to this plan has far outweighed our expectations of this document.
The consultation process involved with this plan has played a very important role of acknowledging the input from our Indigenous communities and ensuring that the voice of the Aboriginal people were incorporated into this plan. As well as using the “Partnership” approach involving all various government departments that work with our communities.'“
Aboriginal Health Co-ordinator, Northern Rivers Area Health Service
“I have received a great deal of positive comments from those many participants who attend over the two days about the value of the Workshop. In essence, the process helped staff from both organisations to understand one another and their respective roles while at the same time identifying common goals and interest.
Please accept my thanks for your assistance in this task and for your skills as a facilitator in bringing our two organisations closer together.”
District Manager, Mid North Coast Health Service, NSW
“A very down to earth, practical, step by step approach to answering some of the biggest questions I’ve never taken the time to face in my day-to-day life”

“A brilliantly conceived, balanced, fun program which opened my eyes and mind. It encouraged me to make just one major lifestyle decision and I haven’t looked back.”
Radio News Director, Australia
“I found the tools and processes provided to be extremely useful. I have some away with a plan that I constructed myself, did things that I couldn’t believe I could do and became clearer on many things in my life. An enlightening experience.”
Personal Assistant, Queensland Minister of Transport
“Working with Vicki is always a time for growth and development at times in a fun way but also in a deep and constructive way.”
PCC Coach, Australia
“Vicki helped us to successfully merge 3 sections of the department into one unit. It was money well spent. Better still it was fun.”
Director Waste Management Service, Brisbane City Council
“I find supervision an essential ingredient to my coaching practice. I enjoy coaching the most when I can get deep with my clients, and I feel like you understood that really well and were able to help me to focus on how to improve my style of coaching. I learnt so much from you, you stretched me, and you opened my eyes to new concepts that I am really keen to explore further.”

FAQs
What is Process Work?
1
Process Work (Process-Oriented Psychology) is an awareness-based approach that explores the deeper meaning within experiences, relationships, and conflict. It works with both what is visible and what is emerging beneath the surface—supporting insight, transformation, and more conscious engagement with challenges.
Is this coaching, therapy, or facilitation?
2
It can include elements of all three, depending on your needs.
Coaching focuses on vision, values, goals, leadership, and development
Therapy works more deeply with healing and psychological wellbeing
Facilitation supports groups, teams, or relationships to work through dynamics and conflict
We primarily offer coaching and facilitation, adapting the approach to suit your situation.
How do I know which service is right for me?
3
You don’t need to decide this on your own.
We start with a conversation to understand your context, goals, and challenges, and then recommend an approach that best supports you.
Do I need prior experience?
4
No prior experience is required for coaching, supervision, or facilitation.
Some advanced training programs do require relevant experience, which will be outlined clearly before enrolment.
What happens in an introductory session?
5
Are sessions online or in person?
6
What is the difference between coaching, supervision, and mentor coaching?
7
Do you work with individuals, teams, or organisations?
8
The introductory session is an opportunity to explore your situation and outcomes you are seeking.
We clarify what is happening, what matters most, and what you would like to move toward. From there, we determine whether and how we will work together.
Sessions are available both online and in person.
We work globally and can travel for in-person engagements where appropriate.
Coaching supports you to move toward goals and develop your leadership or professional capacity
Coaching supervision provides a reflective space to deepen awareness and strengthen your practice
Mentor coaching focuses on developing specific coaching competencies, often linked to ICF accreditation
All of the above.
We work with individuals, leadership teams, organisations, and communities—tailoring the approach to the context and level of complexity involved.
